A popular way to buy property in North Cyprus is off-market projects with an interest-free payment plan. Property developers market their projects well before the construction phase with attractive prices and conditions. The presentation of the project and the individual units is illustrated by 3D visualizations, so that anyone who is interested gets a very good insight into the project. Of course there is also the possibility to look at the property and the surroundings of the project. The rule of thumb for project properties is: the earlier you buy during the construction phase, the cheaper the prices.
