A popular way to buy property in North Cyprus is off-market projects with an interest-free payment plan. Property developers market their projects well before the construction phase with attractive prices and conditions. The presentation of the project and the individual units is illustrated by 3D visualizations, so that anyone who is interested gets a very good insight into the project. Of course there is also the possibility to look at the property and the surroundings of the project. The rule of thumb for project properties is: the earlier you buy during the construction phase, the cheaper the prices. Thus, the free units at the end of the construction phase are also the most expensive. In our portfolio we have projects to offer at the beginning and at the end of the project phase. Properties that are at the end of the construction phase can also be handed over earlier and accordingly moved in or rented out earlier. The payment plans for new construction projects depend on the developer. In most cases, 50-80% of the purchase price must be paid by the time the keys are handed over and the remaining amount must be repaid in 12-36 months.
